Our Team is the Key to Our Success
At MDX Inc., over 30 years of experience in the excavation business have taught us the importance of developing a strong, experienced team. We employ only the most qualified professionals, and provide them with all the materials, equipment, and freedom necessary to meet the complex construction requirements and rigid schedules of each project. We realize that the key to our success is our people. Our project managers receive extensive supervisory, code, safety, and job-specific training. In addition, each of our equipment operators is well-trained and completely understands his enormous responsibility on the job site.
Our Safety Director conducts weekly toolbox safety meetings at each job site and coaches each crew in project-specific hazard avoidance and safety. All new employees receive comprehensive safety training. We also conduct random drug testing of all employees. We are convinced that a safe and drug-free workplace environment is crucial to quality and cost-effective construction…and our safety record is proof of our conviction.
We are steadily expanding our equipment fleet in number, size, and capacity. This enables us to maximize our flexibility in the variety of jobs we can do and allows us to provide our customers with the latest and most productive construction techniques in the industry. Our preventative maintenance program contributes measurably to overall job site productivity and safety.
Our grading crews operate state-of-the-art robotics technology systems to help us optimize job productivity and efficiency. Rotating lasers help us maintain grade integrity for large areas on job sites, like building pads that require the same grade.
